ABOUT LANCESTONE
Lancestone is the place where founders come to break out.
Where successful founders stop being trapped by what they built, and start leading what comes next.
WHY WE EXIST
Most founders don't fail. They succeed into a corner.
You built something real. Clients trust you. Revenue is consistent. From the outside, the business is a win.
From the inside, it leans on you for every decision, every escalation, every fire. The thing you built to give you freedom is the thing you can't step away from.
That isn't a personal flaw. It's an architecture problem. The structure that got you to seven figures was never designed to take you past it.
We call it Founders' Prison. We built Lancestone to get you out.
A PLACE TO BELONG
No coaches. No gurus. No mentors.
What founders need at this stage isn't more advice. It's a place.
A place where the people around you have already stood where you stand. Where the methodology has moved more than 100 founders through the same shift. Where the conversations are honest enough to be uncomfortable, and warm enough to be safe.
We call the people inside it Lancers because it's an identity: the decision to stop running the business as the operator and start leading it as the founder.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Four principles, one direction.
Truth over comfort.
The fastest path through Founders' Prison runs through the things you've been avoiding.
Structure over effort.
Businesses don't scale by working harder. They scale because they were designed to.
Practice over theory.
Frameworks are useless until they meet a real business under real pressure.
Autonomy as the end goal.
The work is done when the business stops needing you, and you've chosen what to do with the time that creates.
WHO LANCESTONE IS FOR
For founders past the first million.
You've built something. You have a team. From the outside, you've already made it.
But you can't take a real holiday. You miss the moments at home. You're the final answer on everything that matters. And the question that won't go away is: Is this it?
If you recognise that, you're in the right place.

THE FOUNDER
Dennis Kuipers
Lancestone was built by Dennis Kuipers. He scaled and exited an eight-figure company across 35 countries, led 250+ people, and prepared the company for an IPO. He lived Founders' Prison before he had a name for it.
For the last decade, he's worked with more than 100 founders through the same structural moment, and wrote the book that Lancestone is built around.
BECOMING A LANCER
You don't enrol in Lancestone. You step into it.
The Break-Out Year is where founders step out of the day-to-day and architect the next chapter. Start with a personal intro call to see if it's the right move for you and the business.
